Skolestua Kafe

Skolestua Kafe , (or Schoolhouse Cafe in english) was in the beginning a real school.

And it was for 50 years!

Haukland Skole, was the name it had at that time, and it was built in 1912.

The school, or the "old school" as it is called in the district was moved to Vonheim

Gård and Rudolfs Fiskeweekend in autumn 2002.

Here we have renovated it and we have tryed to keep the old atmosphere inside.

The school is an cultural heritage for the people in the district.

Today we use the old school as an cafe with Rudolf and Anita

Edvinsen as the owners.

We want you to enjoy yourself at our cafe and eat a good dinner with dessert and coffee and still

have some money left!

You can also have a conference in Skolestua Kafe, we have room for up to 50 pers. and a screen if

you need to use an projector or an overhead.

We have chosen a simple, but well tasting menu, built on local raw materials.

If you are staying at Rudolfs Fiskeweekend you automaticlly get to buy your dinner at Skolestua Kafe.
